قَدْ قَامَ المُشْرِكُونَ بِالإِعْتِسَافِ فِي كُلِّ الأَطْرَافِ أَيْنَ تَسْخِيْرُ قَلَمِ تَقْدِيْرِكَ يَا مُسَخِّرَ العَالَمِيْنَ *
Shoghi Effendi Translation
The infidels have arisen in tyranny on every hand: Where is the compelling power of Thine ordaining pen, O Conqueror of the worlds?
