محبّت أغصان بر کل لازم و لکن ما قدّر اللّه لهم حقّا فی أموال النّاس *
Shoghi Effendi Translation
It is enjoined upon everyone to manifest love towards the Aghṣán, but God hath not granted them any right to the property of others.
