أَنْتَ الْمُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشاءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ المَلِكَ العَزِيزُ المُهَيْمِنُ القَيُّومُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Potent art Thou to do Thy pleasure. Thou art, verily, the Supreme Ruler, the Almighty, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting.
