قَدْ بَقَى الغُلَامُ فِي أَرْضٍ جَدْبَاءَ أَيْنَ غَيْثُ سَمَاءِ فَضْلِكَ يَا غِيَاثَ العَالَمِينَ *

Shoghi Effendi Translation

This Youth is lonely in a desolate land: Where is the rain of Thy heavenly grace, O Bestower of the worlds?
