محتاج و فقيرند وَأَنْتَ الغَنِيُّ الغالِبُ القَدِيرُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
All are but poor and needy, and Thou, verily, art the All-Possessing, the All-Subduing, the All-Powerful.
