سُلْطَانُ البَرِيَّةِ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ الغَفُورُ الْكَرِيمُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Thou art, verily, the Lord of creation. No God is there beside Thee, the Ever-Forgiving, the Most Bountiful.
