المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشآءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ العَلِيُّ الأَبْهی.

Potent art Thou to do what pleaseth Thee. Thou art, verily, the Inaccessible, the All-Glorious.
