إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشاءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ المُهَيْمِنُ القَيُّومُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Thou art, verily, powerful to do Thy pleasure. Thou art, in truth, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting.
