وَالحَمْدُ لِنَفْسِكَ فِي كُلِّ الأَحْوالِ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ العَلِيمُ الحَكِيمُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
All praise be to Thy Self at all times and under all conditions. Thou art, verily, the God of knowledge and wisdom.
