المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشاءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ المُهَيْمِنُ القَيُّومُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Potent art Thou to do what pleaseth Thee. Thou art, verily, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting.
