أَنْتَ المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشَاءُ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ العَزِيزُ المُسْتَعَانُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Potent art Thou to do Thy pleasure. No God is there but Thee, the Most Powerful, He Whose help is implored by all men.
