المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشَاءُ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ العَزِيزُ المُسْتَعانُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Potent art Thou to do what pleaseth Thee. No God is there but Thee, the Almighty, Whose help is implored by all men.
