ياشيخاقرأمانطقبهاشعيافیکتابهقوله [ علیجبلعالاصعدييامبشّرةصهيونارفعیصوتکبقوّةيامبشّرةاورشليمارفعیلاتخافیقولیلمدنيهوذاهو ذاالهکهو ذاالسّيّدالرّبّبقوّةيأتیوذراعهتحکمله ] * امروزجميععلاماتنمودارمدينهبزرگیازاسماننازل شده وصهيونازظهورحقّمهتزّومسرورچه کهنداءاللّه را از کلّ جهات اصغانموده * امروزاورشليمببشارتجديدفائزچه کهمقامجميّزسرو ازاد ايستاده * اورشليممحلّزيارتجميعاحزابعالماستوبقدسناميده شده و ان وصهيون و فلسطينجميعدرايناراضیواقعاينست کهميفرمايد[طوبیلمنهاجرالیعکّاء ] *
Shoghi Effendi Translation
OShaykh! Perusethat which Isaiahhathspokenin His Book. He saith: "Get thee upinto thehighmountain, OZion, that bringest good tidings; lift up Thy Voicewith strength, OJerusalem, that bringest good tidings. Lift it up, be notafraid; sayunto the cities of Judah: \‘Behold your God! Behold the LordGod will comewith strong hand, and His arm shall rulefor Him.'" This Dayall the signshave appeared. A GreatCity hath descendedfromheaven, andZiontremblethandexulteth with joyat the Revelation of God, for it hath heard the Voice of Godon every side. This DayJerusalem hath attained unto a newEvangel, forin the stead of the sycamorestandeth the cedar. Jerusalemis the place of pilgrimage for all the peoples of the world, and hath been named the Holy City. Together with ZionandPalestine, they are allincludedwithintheseregions. Wherefore, hath it been said: "Blessed is the man that hath migratedto‘Akká."
