عَلَى ما تَشاءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ العَزِيزُ المُسْتَعانُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Potent art Thou to do Thy pleasure. Thou truly art the All-Glorious, to whom all cry for help.
