عَلَى ما تَشاءُ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ المُهَيْمِنُ القَيُّومُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Potent art Thou to do what pleaseth Thee. No God is there save Thee, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting.
