و همچنين ميفرمايد [ بيان از اوّل تا اخر مکمن جميع صفات اوست و خزانه نار و نور او ] انتهی * سبحان اللّه عرف اين بيان انسان را اخذ مينمايد چه که بکمال حزن ميفرمايد انچه را که مشاهده مينمايد * و همچنين بجناب حرف حيّ يعنی ملّا باقر عليه بهاء اللّه و عنايته ميفرمايد [ لعلّک فی ثمانية سنة يوم ظهوره تدرک لقاءه ] انتهی *

Shoghi Effendi Translation

And likewise, He saith: "The Bayán is from beginning to end the repository of all of His attributes, and the treasury of both His fire and His light." Great God! The soul is carried away by the fragrance of this utterance, inasmuch as He declareth, with infinite sadness, that which He perceiveth. Likewise, He saith to the Letter of the Living, Mullá Báqir - upon him be the glory of God and His loving-kindness: "Haply thou mayest in eight years, in the day of His Revelation, attain unto His Presence."

Shoghi Effendi described it as a volume whose perusal would deepen the spirit of devotion and faith.

Revealed in Adrianople and addressed to a believer named Aḥmad, this Tablet has been invested by Bahá’u’lláh with a special potency and significance. Its central imagery draws on the metaphor of fire and water: “Be thou as a flame of fire to My enemies and a river of life eternal to My loved ones.”

Revealed during a visit to Mount Carmel, this Tablet addresses the mountain directly and prophesies its future as the world spiritual and administrative center of the Faith.
