اين فقرات احتياج بتفسير ندارد بمثابه افتاب مشرق و ظاهر و بمثابه نور ساطع و لامع * هر منصفی از عرف اين بيان بحديقه عرفان راه يابد و فائز شود بانچه اکثر اهل عالم از ان محجوب و ممنوعند * قل اتّقوا اللّه يا قوم و لا تتّبعوا شبهات النّاعقين الّذين نقضوا عهد اللّه و ميثاقه و انکروا رحمته الّتي سبقت من فی السّموات و الارضين *

Shoghi Effendi Translation

These passages stand in need of no commentary. They are shining and manifest as the sun, and glowing and luminous as light itself. Every fair-minded person is led, by the fragrance of these words, unto the garden of understanding, and attaineth unto that from which most men are veiled and debarred. Say: Fear God, O people, and follow not the doubts of such as shout aloud, who have broken the Covenant of God and His Testament, and denied His mercy that hath preceded all that are in the heavens and all that are on earth.

Shoghi Effendi described it as a volume whose perusal would deepen the spirit of devotion and faith.

Revealed in Adrianople and addressed to a believer named Aḥmad, this Tablet has been invested by Bahá’u’lláh with a special potency and significance. Its central imagery draws on the metaphor of fire and water: “Be thou as a flame of fire to My enemies and a river of life eternal to My loved ones.”

Revealed during a visit to Mount Carmel, this Tablet addresses the mountain directly and prophesies its future as the world spiritual and administrative center of the Faith. Shoghi Effendi designated it one of three foundational Charters. Its imagery of the Ark and the dwellers therein prefigures the Universal House of Justice.
