Source (Arabic) قَدْ ارْتَفَعَتْ أَيَادِي الرَّجَاءِ إِلَى سَمَاءِ الفَضْلِ وَالعَطَاءِ أَيْنَ أَمْطَارُ كَرَمِكَ يَا مُجِيْبَ العَالَمِيْنَ * Shoghi Effendi Translation Longing hands are uplifted to the heaven of Thy grace and generosity: Where are the rains of Thy bestowal, O Answerer of the worlds?
